The heritage worthy buildings were renovated into wards, a new laundry and administrative department has been developed and work continues over a number of phases to restore dignity to a once flourishing Healthcare Facility and in turn improve the quality of patient care and quality of life for those residing within the facility.
The project entailed the complete Master planning of the current facilities PD, Casualty, Maternity, Dispensary, Male, Female and Paediatric Wards and ARV Department. As well as the addition of a new Rehabilitation Department, Radiology Department and Laboratory building. All existing facilities were completely renovated and site works redeveloped to current day standards.
