• The scope of work: The house is located in Khamanga bay and was designed as an upmarket holiday home. Since it is the intension of the owners to retire to this home the extensive accommodation should accommodate extended family, children and their families. The owner- who is involved in the concrete industry-wished to have extensive off-shutter concrete as feature walls. Since this material was not allowed within the Khamanga Bay design guidelines the concrete was used internally to create dramatic texturing of spaces.
